"Ajith Is A Great Human Being", Says Director Siva
Ajith's one of those rare actors who despite being a big star, believes in giving a chance to new directors if he spots that spark of talent. So, when he chose one-film-old (in Tamil) Tollywood director Shiva a.k.a Sirutthai Shiva, for his next project, produced by the legendary Vijaya Vahini productions, it didn't come as a surprise.
Shiva, who is shooting his next T'town flick with Ravi Teja, shared his excitement with DC. “I am thrilled, at the same time I feel more responsible. After Sirutthai, which gave me a strong foothold in Tamil, this is my next project with a big star like Ajith. So I want to do my best.
The filmmaker, a product of the prestigious Chennai Film Institute, says. “Ajith sir called me one day after he had signed up for the banner. I went apprehensively, wondering how he would receive me. But he was friendly and put me at ease. I was relieved when he approved my one-line narration of the script with out any hang-ups“.
A source revealed that Ajith plays a single role with three different shades. “I am still working on the script. I'll meet Ajith in January to narrate the entire script. But you will get to see rate the entire script. But you will get to see an all-new Ajith in the film,“ he assures.
Shiva adds he's a devoted fan of Rajinikanth. “Whether my dream of making a film with the superstar comes true or not, my day was made when `sir' watched Sirutthai and then hugged me and appreciated my work.“ Anushka Shetty has been approached to co-star with Ajith in the movie.

Mankatha Makes It To Google's Top 10
Ajith's Mankatha has received a boost in terms of its popularity thanks to Google's year-end list, Google Zeitgeist 2011.
The film has been ranked No 7 on the list, which is topped by Salman Khan's Bodyguard. Interestingly, it is the lone Tamil film on the list.
Google Zeitgeist 2011 is a compilation of this year's most-popular search terms and Mankatha finds a place in the Indian version of the rankings under the movies section. The Venkat Prabhu-directed film is also registered the biggest opening for a Tamil film released this year.

Billa 2 Is Done
The Billa 2 shooting is finally done and dusted. The team has been working hard for 90 days to finish the shooting for the film. Billa 2 was shot in Hyderabad, Goa and Georgia, from where Ajith and his team returned after the final schedule. The climax of the film was shot in Georgia against a backdrop of snow.
Apparently amazing helicopter shots were taken for the climax sequence of the film. Ajith has shed the salt-and-pepper look that he had sported for Mankatha and displays a different look for the film. After a few months of post production work, the film is expected to hit the screens as soon as possible. On the fast pace of the film's completion, cinematographer R. D.
Rajasekar says, "The film's script was finalised by the director Chakri Toleti much before the shooting commenced. That helped the crew, including Ajith, to finish the shooting in a swift span of time.
I have worked with him earlier in Red. He hasn't changed as a human being, but as an actor it's a marvelous makeover from his side." Now its time for Thala to decide on his next!

Ajith, Yuvan Shankar Raja To Create Magic Again
Ajith fans are eagerly waiting for the release for Billa 2. While fans are sure that Thala will rock on the silver screen once more after Mankatha, fans believe that the music too will be a sure hit.
Yuvan has scored the tunes for Billa 2 and much is being made of the Yuvan-Ajith combo after the success of Mankatha.
Sources say that the music is sure to live-up-to expectations and reveal that Yuvan has gone that extra mile to do one better.
We hear that assistant director, Sarath Mandava, has vouched for the music and predicted that it will be the best-selling album of 2012. Now, fans can only hope for the music to release soon.

Stunt Director Stunned With Ajith's Daredevil Stunts
If Billa was amazing, Billa 2 is going to be stunning to the core - if what comments made by a few in-the-loop people are to go by.
First off, we had stunt master Stefan Richter calling Ajith "a very brave action hero, he has my full respect & he's an amazine person!!" and now there's director Chakri Toleti himself tweeting about our hero performing the stunts on his own.
"Billa2 stunts in the film are done by Thala without any stunt doubles. Difficult stuff, I'm sure fans will appreciate the hard work."
Well that is not all. Vidyut Jamwal had this to tweet:
"U will see dare devil stunts by thala..action unlimited"
Quite apparently, we're going to expect some serious action in Billa 2 - much like Thala Ajith's opening scene in Billa.
Ajith has been known to perform his own stunts for quite sometime now and his daredevil stunts in Mankatha - his 50th blockbuster which netted huge profits for the producers - have become enormously popular all across the world.
With tweets of Vidyut & Chakri and comments of Stefan Richter, the wait for Billa 2 just becomes tougher to wait for! Thala's fans are in for more treat than ever!

Billa 2 Logo
We at starajith are here to update you on Billa II on this festival season.
Billa Team have been very very intelectuall team since the beginning. We had been noticing that apart from using the EPIC Camera for the first time in India, They have been very smart, systematic and brainy in main of the communications. Until now, none of the logos/ advertisements had showcased Ajith’s look in the film. For Eg., The first teaser poster had a rugged look on one half and very stylish look on the other half. It had symbolically said how a person from interiors of Tamilnadu had raised his supremo internationally.
Now we hear that Billa II logo had been designed in a smart way that the gap between the roman letter II looks as if a person is standing and pointing a Gun on us. No guesses the person is our own thala. The Unit members has this logo printed on their ID cards
We have been seeing the producers of Billa II have been constantly been in touch with the Media on all updates. Now Listed below are the D days for Billa II.
Pongal – First look of Billa II

Family Time For Ajith
Actor Ajith is one person who knows how to balance his career and family commitments. The actor, who was shooting round the clock for one of the most anticipated films of next year with Chakri Toleti, will now take off to Singapore for a break.
The actor just returned from a long schedule in Georgia for Billa 2, and after doing some taxing action stunts in the snow, he decided to spend time with his family. We hear he's flying to Singapore with his family to ring in Christmas and New Year.
Well, looks like the Mankatha star is doing his balancing act well!
